Glutathione
The reason the formula exists. Your body makes it already; the supply falls with age and stress, and this is the premium reduced form.
Vitamin C
Contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and helps regenerate the antioxidant network.
Vitamin E
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
N-acetyl-L-cysteine
A building block your body uses to make its own glutathione, which is why it sits alongside rather than behind it.
Alpha lipoic acid

Zinc + selenium

Why we made this
Customers kept asking what else they could do. We didn't want to answer that with a capsule that promised more than a capsule can.

Will these lighten my skin?
No. Luminique supports skin radiance and a more even-looking complexion as part of a daily routine. It is not a skin lightener and it is not a medicine. Anyone selling glutathione capsules as a whitening treatment is overstepping what the evidence and the rules allow.
How long before I notice anything?
Give it the full bottle — two months at one a day. Supplements work on your body's timescale, and skin turns over slowly. If you're expecting a fortnight, this isn't the product for you.
When should I take it?
One capsule daily with water, preferably with food — the fat-soluble ingredients absorb better that way. Same time each day makes it easier to keep up.
Can I take it with the topical range?
Yes, and that's how it's designed to be used. The capsule works from the inside; the serum, cream and lotion work on the surface. Neither replaces the other.
Is it suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
The capsule shell is vegetable-based (hypromellose). If you need a full vegan certification or have a specific allergen concern, contact us before ordering and we'll check the current batch for you.
I'm pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication.
Speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking any supplement. N-acetyl-L-cysteine and alpha lipoic acid can interact with some medicines, so this is a conversation worth having rather than guessing.
