  1. For Skin: Apply 2-3 drops to clean, damp skin (face or body) morning and night. Gently massage until fully absorbed, focusing on areas needing extra hydration or balance.
  2. For Hair: Warm a small amount (5-10 drops) in your palms. Massage into scalp to stimulate growth and through hair ends to reduce frizz and add shine. Leave for 30 minutes or overnight, then shampoo.
  3. As a Carrier Oil: Mix 1-2 drops of your favourite essential oil with a tablespoon of Mamado Grapeseed Oil before applying to skin or hair for a customised treatment.
