- Preparation: Section dry, unwashed hair (at least 2 days post-shampoo) into four quadrants. Apply a protective base (like Vaseline) to scalp, hairline, and ears. Perform a strand test.
- Relaxer Application: Mix the No-Lye Relaxer Base with the Liquid Activator thoroughly. Apply the mixture evenly and quickly to new growth only, starting from the back. Do not apply to scalp or previously relaxed hair.
- Processing & Rinsing: Allow the relaxer to process according to the strand test results and timing chart for your hair type (e.g., fine, normal). Do not exceed recommended time. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until all relaxer is removed and water runs clear.
- Neutralizing & Conditioning: Apply the Neutralizing Shampoo, ensuring it lathers well to fully stop the relaxing process. Rinse and repeat until the lather is white (indicator that relaxer is fully removed). Follow with the included conditioner, leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and style as desired.

Conditioner: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Dimethicone, Amodimethicone, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Parfum, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Citric Acid.
