- Preparation & Protection: Perform a strand test. Apply a generous amount of protective base cream to your hairline, ears, and scalp. Do not wash your hair for at least 48 hours prior to application.
- Mixing & Application: Carefully mix the Activator into the Relaxer Creme until uniform. Using an applicator brush, apply the relaxer systematically to dry, unwashed hair, working in small sections from the back forward, avoiding the scalp initially.
- Smoothing & Rinsing: Gently smooth the hair to ensure even distribution and proper straightening. Do not exceed the maximum processing time. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all traces of relaxer are removed.
- Neutralizing & Conditioning: Immediately apply a neutralizing shampoo, lather well. Rinse and repeat until the lather is white. Follow with the provided deep conditioner to restore moisture and pH balance, then rinse thoroughly.
