  1. After shampooing with Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil Shampoo, apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends.
  2. Gently detangle hair with fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Leave on for 5-10 minutes for deep conditioning. For an intensive protein treatment, cover with a plastic cap for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all product is removed, ensuring no residue remains.
