- Thorough Preparation is Key: Conduct a strand test to determine processing time, then apply a protective base cream around the hairline, ears, and scalp. Divide hair into four sections.
- Gentle Application for Optimal Results: Mix relaxer cream with liquid activator. Apply ONLY to new growth, avoiding previously relaxed hair or scalp. Work quickly and adhere strictly to the determined processing time.
- Rinse, Neutralize & Restore: Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water to remove all relaxer. Immediately follow with the neutralizing shampoo provided, repeating until the lather is completely white.
- Deep Conditioning for Lasting Health: Apply a generous amount of deep conditioner, allowing it to penetrate. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticle, then gently towel-dry and style as desired.
