  1. Preparation & Safety First: Perform a strand test and patch test 24 hours prior. Ensure hair is dry, untangled, and wear protective gloves.
  2. Precise Application: Combine activator and creme. Apply to dry, sectioned hair 1/4 inch from scalp, avoiding direct skin contact. Do not apply to previously relaxed hair.
  3. Processing, Rinsing & Neutralizing: Monitor processing time. Rinse thoroughly until water is clear. Shampoo twice with neutralizing shampoo until lather is white.
  4. Deep Conditioning & Finishing: Apply deep conditioner, leave for 5-10 minutes, rinse with cool water, towel dry, and style as desired.
