- Mix Wella Welloxon Perfect 9% 30 Vol Creme Developer with your chosen Wella hair colour or lightening product according to the instructions provided.
- Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair using a brush, ensuring full saturation.
- Allow to process for the recommended time, typically 30-45 minutes, monitoring the development carefully.
- Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then shampoo and condition with Wella care products.
