- Mix one part Wella Koleston Perfect ME+ Special Blonde (60ml) with two parts Koleston Perfect Crème Developer (e.g., 9% for 3 levels, 12% for 4-5 levels). Use a non-metallic bowl.
- Apply the colour mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair. For first-time applications, apply to mid-lengths and ends first, then roots after 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to develop for 50-60 minutes without heat. Always refer to your Wella colour chart and strand test for precise timings.
- Emulsify with warm water, rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then shampoo with a colour-safe product and condition for optimal results.
