- Apply a generous amount of Olaplex No.3 from roots to ends on damp, towel-dried hair.
- Leave the treatment on for a minimum of 10 minutes (or longer for severely damaged hair).
- Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition your hair as usual with Olaplex No.4 & No.5 for best results.
- Use 1-3 times a week, depending on your hair's level of damage and health.
