  1. Position the durag on your head, aligning the central seam from your forehead to the nape of your neck.
  2. Take both straps, cross them securely behind your head, and bring them back to the front. Tie them in a snug, comfortable knot that doesn't cause tension.
  3. Pull the remaining flap down over the back of your neck to ensure complete hair coverage and maximum compression for wave training or style protection.
  4. For best results with waves, brush your hair thoroughly in the desired direction before tying the durag.
