  1. **Step 1: Preparation:** Conduct a thorough strand test and scalp analysis. Apply a protective base cream to the entire scalp and hairline before application.
  2. **Step 2: Application:** Wearing gloves, apply Affirm Argan Relaxer Resistant Step 2 quickly and evenly to dry hair, starting from the back. Avoid direct contact with the scalp. Smooth gently with the back of a comb or gloved fingers, monitoring closely.
  3. **Step 3: Rinse & Neutralise:** Rinse hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until all traces of relaxer cream are gone. Immediately follow with Affirm 5-in-1 Reconstructor and Affirm Normalizing Shampoo to restore pH balance and ensure complete neutralisation.
